• How do I view the income tax lodgment status for a client?

    This How do I shows you how to view a client’s income tax lodgment status.

    If you do not know the client’s ABN and/or TFN, you can find the client on the directory.

    Result 

    1. 

    Enter the TFN or ABN of the client in ‘Your Client’s TFN/ABN’ field.

    Choose ‘Lodgment status – income tax’ from the drop down menu.

    Select the Search button.

    The Lodgment status – income tax screen will be displayed.

    2.  

    Select the Return not necessary button if:

    • income tax returns are no longer required to be lodged for specific year/s, or
    • further income tax returns are not to be lodged from a specific year.
     

    This request will be actioned by the Tax Office.
