• How do I remove a client?

    Before you remove a client from your client list other information needs to be removed and updated. Updating the client information with the last known contact details you have should prevent us contacting you unnecessarily.

    From the Client details screen you can review and update the:

    • business address
    • email address
    • contact details and phone number.

    Postal address 

    • Update the postal address as detailed at Step 3.

    Enter the client’s TFN or ABN in the TFN/ABN box in the ‘Your clients’ section on the Home page.

    Select ‘Authorisation summary’ from the ‘Select a client view’ dropdown box.

    Select Search.

    The Authorisation summary screen will be displayed.

    Select the Select all on this page button.

    Select the Remove client button.

    The Authorisation – confirm postal address screen will be displayed.

    3.

    Choose the Correct, Unknown, or Update radio button.

    Select Next.

    If you have chosen Correct or Unknown, the ‘Authorise transaction’ screen will be displayed.

    If you have chosen the Update radio button, the Authorisation – update postal address screen will be displayed.

    4.

    On the Authorisation – update postal address screen, complete the new postal address details.

    Select Next.

    The ‘Authorise transaction’ screen will be displayed.
