    Add a client using the Tax Agent Portal 





    Select ‘Add client’ on the left navigation bar.

    The Add client screen will be displayed.


    Select the Other entities button.

    Enter the relevant information.

    Select the Next button.

    The Add authorisation screen will be displayed.


    Choose client roles.

    Select the Next button.

    The Authorisation – change postal address screen will be displayed


    To change the client's postal address to your postal address, choose the roles or accounts from the list.

    Select the Next button.

    The Authorisation – activity statement delivery preference screen will be displayed.

    After you have added the client, go to the Client details function to update the email address, contact details and phone number details.
