• Financial institution details

    Information about the Financial institution details screen in the Tax Agent and BAS Agent portals.

    This screen enables you to view the financial institution details (FID) of your client. The details include:

    • account name
    • BSB
    • account number
    • financial institution
    • account held by.

    Only the roles and branches you are authorised to view will be displayed.
    FID for an income tax role or account are not displayed on the portal. 

    To view further information about the FID for a particular role or account, select the Role or account hyperlink in the table. The full details will be displayed on the screen above the table.

    • Select Update to add or change the FID.
    • Select Delete to delete the FID.
    • Select Back to return to the Client details screen.

    If you intend to make a refund request for a client using the portal, ensure their FID updates are entered first.
