Activity statement account list
Overview
This list tells you that you have more than one activity statement account connected to your Australian business number (ABN).
The list allows you to view all of your activity statement accounts and identifies the number of activity statements that are due or overdue for each account.
Field descriptions:
Account

An activity statement account. This is known as an Integrated client account
(ICA) in newer ATO systems (ICP), but may also be referred to as a CAC (Client
activity centre) or Branch in some documentation and older system views.

Each account will have a 3 digit account
sequence number for example, 001, 003, 010. |
Trading name
|
|
The name under which a business trades, for example, ABC Pty Ltd trading as ‘Blocks on Blocks’. A business may have more than one trading name.

Statements due
|
|
This number tells you how many activity statements are due for this account. You should lodge these before their due date.
|

|
Statements overdue
|
|
This number tells you how many activity statements are overdue for this account. There are penalties for not lodging on time and you may be liable to pay the general interest charge if you have payments outstanding. You should lodge these activity statements as soon as possible.

You can use the links provided to perform various functions. For example:
- select the ‘Account’ link to navigate to a list screen of each of the activity statements associated with that account, or
- select the ‘Next page’ and ‘Previous page’ links to scroll through your account list if you have more than ten accounts associated with your ABN.
