    Viewing and using payment slips

The portal will display the payment slip information in a Portable Document Format (PDF) in a new browser window.

To enable you to view the .PDF file, you need to have a viewer installed on your computer. You can obtain your free Acrobat reader from the Adobe website.

If you are having difficulties, refer to Browser settings for viewing and printing.

The portal will gather the necessary client information from our systems and the payment slip will be prepared with your client's personalised data (excluding the payment dollar ($) value).

After you have printed the payment slip, complete the slip by filling in the value of the amount being paid, before making the payment.

The payment slip lists your various payment options. If you are paying at the post office, it's essential the barcode is included. When you print the payment slip, ensure all information displayed below the dotted line is printed on a single page.

Photocopies and faxed copies of payment slips are not accepted at Australia Post or by us.
