• Transfer Request

    This screen allows you to request a transfer from any account to any other account held by the client. This function requests details of the transfer, allows you to confirm these details and then issues a receipt number acknowledging the request. You will need to allow us 14 days to process the request.

     

    It is important you record the receipt number. The number must be quoted when making enquiries about the transfer request.

    Any transfer request will be subject to the normal scrutiny and integrity check.

    Transfers can be requested to other eligible accounts held by a client. They cannot be made to an account for another entity.

    Transfer requests are not available for higher education loan program (HELP) or financial supplement accounts.

    To request a transfer to another entity or from HELP and financial supplement accounts, ‘Contact us’.

    Transfer request

    The screen is divided into two sections: ‘Transfer details’ and ‘Contact details’ of the person making the request.

    Transfer details screen information

    Screen fields:

     

    Transfer from*


     

    Choose the account from which you are transferring the amount.


     

     

     

    Transfer to*


     

    Choose the account to which you are transferring the amount.


     

     

     

    Amount*


     

    Enter the amount of the transfer. Please ensure the amount is valid and is greater than $0.00.


     

     

     

    Reason


     

    Enter the reason for the transfer.


     

     

     

    Tax agent number


     

    Your tax agent number. This number cannot be altered.

    Contact details screen information

    Screen fields:

     

    First name*


     

    The given name of the person we should contact regarding this request, if needed.


     

     

     

    Surname*


     

    The family name of the person we should contact regarding this request, if needed.


     

     

     

    Phone area code*


     

    The Australian STD code for your business hours landline telephone.


     

     

     

    Phone number*


     

    The number of your mobile or landline telephone used during normal business hours.


     

     

     

    Email


     

    Your business email address.

     

    Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must contain correct data.

    Screen buttons:

     

    Cancel


     

    Select the Cancel button to go back to the screen from where you initiated the Transfer request.


     

     

     

    Continue


     

    Select the Continue button to go to the ‘Transfer request confirmation’ screen.

    Transfer request confirmation

    This screen displays details you entered on the ‘Transfer request’ screen and allows you to confirm those details or go back and alter the transfer accounts or contact details.

    Screen buttons:

     

    Cancel


     

    Select the Cancel button to go back to the screen from where you initiated the transfer request.


     

     

     

    Change details


     

    Select the Change details button to go to the ‘Transfer request’ screen allowing you to update the request details.


     

     

     

    Submit


     

    Select the Submit button to forward the request to us via secure message for processing and receipt issue.

    Transfer request acknowledgment

    This screen displays all the transfer request details and the receipt number for this transfer request. Ensure you record this receipt number by either printing the screen or writing down the receipt number against your records.

     

    OK


     

    Select the Ok button to go back to the screen from where you initiated the Transfer request.

    The transfer details are recorded as a secure message enabling you to review the details of the transfer at any time by selecting the ‘Mail’ link on the left navigation bar – Sent items view.
