• Client account list

This screen displays all accounts that you are authorised to view for the selected client. Accounts available for viewing are listed below under Account types.

To view details of the amounts overdue, go to the drop-down menu above the balance column, choose Overdue accounts and select the Go button. To return to the previous view (a list of all client accounts), choose the All accounts option from the drop-down menu.

If there are five or more accounts of the same type, a summary view of like accounts (integrated client accounts, income tax and so on) will be displayed. To expand/collapse this view, select the icon to the left of the account name.

The summary is not a representation of what the client currently owes or is owed by us – for example, it may not include all general interest charges (GIC) or transactions that are awaiting processing.

See Limitations - client account list for further information.

To access detailed transactions appearing on an account, select the client account number to go to the Itemised account – by Tax Office processed date screen. This link is not available for Higher education loan account or financial supplement accounts.
