• To do today

    ‘To do today’ is a feature that helps inform you of any unread messages in your inbox.

    This alert page will be available if you have access to ‘View and action own mail’.

    After you have logged on to the portal, you will be taken to the ‘To do today’ alert screen if you have any unread messages in your inbox.

    You can view an unread message by selecting the ‘Subject’ link.

    If you are authorised to view other users’ mail, the ‘To do today’ screen also alerts you to:

    • any unread messages in the practice inbox
    • the names of other active users who have unread messages that are more than two weeks old
    • the names of removed users with messages in their inbox.

    If any of the above apply, the ‘To do today’ screen will appear and a list will be displayed.

    You can view an inbox by selecting the link.

    If there are no unread messages, you will not see this screen. You will be taken directly to the ‘Tax Agent Portal homepage’.
