• Further information - details

    This screen allows you to enter information on the screen and attach files. You must either enter information or attach at least one file. The maximum length of the Further information field is 4,000 characters.

    To enter information in the ‘Further information’ field

    • Directly enter your information, or
    • Copy and paste the details from your own document.

    To attach a file

    • Select Browse 
    • Follow the instructions in the file selection dialogue box to locate and select the file on your computer
    • Select Attach 

    The selected file will appear in the Attached files box. Continue this process until all your files are attached. You can attach up to six files.

    • The maximum size allowable for each file is 3.7MB.
    • Acceptable file types are .doc, .rtf, .xls, .tif, .png, .jpg .gif, .zip, .mpp, .ppt, .pdf, .bmp, .docx, .dotx, .xlsx, .xltx, .pptx, .potx and .ppsx
    • We recommend you:
      • provide any image files in black and white with 200 dots per inch resolution
      • zip large documents
      • compress images. 
       
     

    To remove an incorrectly attached file

    • Select the file you want to remove
    • Select Remove files 

    The selected file will be removed from the Attached files box.

    To submit your further information

    • Select Next
       
    • To complete this transaction, sign the declaration using your AUSkey as your digital signature – you must use the credential you logged into the portal with

    A receipt number will be provided on a confirmation screen when you have submitted the form.

    A copy of the submitted form is stored in Mail and can be viewed in your Mail – Sent items.

    Rejected file messages

    Submitted files may fail to transmit successfully. If any of the attached files are rejected, a message will be sent to your Mail – inbox. The message will identify the rejected files and give reasons for the rejection. Rejected file messages usually appear within a few minutes of submission. However, some may take up to 72 hours.
