• Client communication list

    The Client communication list (CCL) gives you online access to most communications we send to your clients. We list the SMS messages, emails and letters we send, including those for clients who have linked ATO to their myGov account

    Detailed screen-help is available on the Tax and BAS Agent Portal Help – How do I use the Client communication list?

    'How do I' includes information about:

    • the communication history you can access, depending on the search parameters you set
    • printing the communications
    • saving the list.

    You can only access communications via the CCL for clients you represent at the time of requesting the list. You will see communications for the same roles you are authorised to view in the portal.
