Your dealings with the ATO
‘Your dealings with the ATO’ is a feature that helps you check the status of all the enquiries you have sent in to the ATO.
You will be able to see a list of all your enquiries (dealings) relating to your business, including:
- portal
- mail
- telephone, and
- fax.
You will need to refer to your records to view the details of the enquiry.
A list of all your enquiries will be displayed.
You will be able to navigate through the list by selecting the Previous 50 and Next 50 control buttons.
You can use a portal receipt number to check the status of a specific enquiry you have made relating to your business.
Portal enquiries (dealings) will include:
- messages
- online forms
- refund requests, and
- transfer requests.
The display will only include the enquiries you are authorised to view.
The status of each of your enquiries may be:
- received
- further information requested
- in progress, or
- completed.
Completed dealings will be displayed for three months after the completion date.
The estimated date to completion is based on the taxpayers’ charter standards.
