• How do I update my postal address?

    Log into the homepage of the Business Portal and follow these steps:

    1. Select Business registration details from the left navigation bar and the Client details screen will be displayed – this screen lists your registration details.
    2. Choose the Postal addresses radio button to view your postal addresses.
    3. Select the Next button and the Postal address details screen will be displayed – this screen shows the postal addresses for your roles or accounts.
    4. Select the Update button and the Update postal address details screen will be displayed.
    5. Enter the new postal address details – you can find the criteria for each field in the portal help screens.
    6.  Choose the roles or accounts to be updated with this postal address – you can update the postal address for all your roles or accounts on this screen by choosing Select all from this page.
    7. Select the Next button. 
    8. Submit the update by signing your transaction  using your digital signature - you will need to sign the transaction with the credential you logged in with. The Transaction completed screen will be displayed.
