• How do I request a transfer?

    Log into the homepage of the Business Portal and follow these steps:

    1. Choose Account details from the left navigation bar and the Account list screen will be displayed.
    2. Select the Transfer request button and the Transfer request screen will be displayed.
    3. Select the account you wish to request a transfer from.
    4. Enter the relevant details and select the Continue button.  The Transfer request confirmation screen will be displayed.
