• How do I request a refund?

    Log into the homepage of the Business Portal and follow these steps:

    1.  Choose Account details from the left navigation bar and the Account list screen will be displayed.
    2. Select the Refund request button and the Refund request screen will be displayed.
    3. Choose the account you wish to request a refund from.
    4. Enter the relevant details and select the Continue button – the signing screens will be displayed.
    5. Read the terms and conditions and, if you agree, sign this transaction using your digital signature. The Refund request confirmation screen will be displayed.

    We cannot process a refund request in certain circumstances, such as when:

    • the refund request is for less than 50 cent
    • the account balance is less than 50 cents
    • there are outstanding activity statements
    • there are either incorrect or no financial institution details recorded.
