• Account list

This screen displays all accounts you have authority to view. Accounts available for viewing are listed at ‘Account types’.

To view details of the amounts overdue, go to the drop down list above the balance column, choose Overdue accounts and select the Go button.

To return to the previous view (a list of all accounts), choose the All accounts option from the drop down list.

If there are five or more accounts of the same type such as integrated client accounts or income tax, a summary view of the accounts will be displayed. To expand or collapse this view, select the icon to the left of the account name

The summary is not a representation of what you currently owe or are owed by the ATO. Factors such as general interest charges (GIC) or transactions that are awaiting processing may affect the balances.

To access detailed transactions appearing on an account, select the account number to go to the Itemised account – by ATO processed date screen. This link is not available for Higher Education Loan Program or Student Financial Supplement Scheme accounts.

If you want more transaction detail for HELP or SFSS accounts, contact us via portal mail or phone us on 13 28 66
