• Delete email addresses

    Email addresses cannot be removed from those roles where you have indicated you want to deal electronically using the ATO internet-based electronic commerce interface (ECI) system.  

    An email address will always be displayed in upper case in the portal. There is no need to update the record.

    To delete the email address for a role or account

    A ‘Delete’ checkbox is positioned next to each current role or account:

    • select the role/s or account/s where you wish to delete the email address


    • choose the ‘Select all on this page’ checkbox to select all the roles/accounts displayed on this screen, and
    • select the Next button.

    If you do not wish to continue with this transaction select the Cancel button to return to the ‘Email address’ screen.

    To complete this transaction:

    Electronically sign the declaration page using your digital signature. Please note: You need to sign the transaction with the credential you logged in with.
