      This screen gives access to the Private ruling, Objection and Further information online forms and explains the steps you need to take before and after you submit a private ruling application or objection through the portal.

    • Objection

      This screen is the start page of the Objection online form. The screen displays information about ATO decisions you have a right at law to object to, and information you need to submit an objection through the portal.

    • Objection - select main subject

      This screen allows you to select a main subject that best describes the main issue you are objecting to. You can select only one main subject.

    • Objection - required information

      These screens ask you to supply information that will help determine whether your objection meets the basic requirements for a valid objection.

      This document provides a list of frequently asked questions with answers for the Business Portal.
