• Payment slips

This screen allows you to download personalised payment slips from the portal at any time it is needed in order to facilitate making a payment. The payment slips can be used at Australia Post BillPay facilities.

Payment slips are available for the following account types:

    • Individual income tax
    • Company income tax
    • Superannuation income tax
    • TFN activity statements
    • ABN activity statements
    • Self-managed superannuation fund receipts
    • Superannuation contribution surcharge receipts
    • Fringe benefits tax.

The portal will display the payment slip information in a Portable Document Format (PDF) in a new browser window.

To view the .PDF file, you must have a viewer installed. You can obtain a copy of Acrobat reader from the Adobe website (this reader is free to download).

The payment slip is prepared with your personalised data and will not contain a dollar ($) value. The payment slip lists the payment options available.

When you print the payment slip ensure that all information displayed below the dotted line is printed on a single page.

After you have printed the payment slip, complete it by filling in the value of the amount you will be paying, before taking it to the post office or posting it to the ATO.

If you take the payment slip to pay at the post office, it is essential that the barcode is included in the slip.

Australia Post and the ATO do not accept photocopies and faxed copies of payment slips.
