• View income tax withholding

    Update user access

This screen enables you to view your income tax withholding (ITW) details.

If you select the Update button, you will be taken to the ‘Update ITW’ screen.

The ITW tax type cannot be updated if the client is deceased. In these circumstances, the Update button will not be displayed, and will not be available for selection.

If you select the Cancel tax type button, you will be taken to the ‘Cancel tax type’ screen.

The Cancel tax type button will be displayed only where tax types are eligible for cancellation.

    Cancelling ITW tax type

Only ITW tax types with a status of ‘active, ‘inactive’ or ‘irregular’ can be cancelled.
