• Act on behalf of user

This functionality allows you to view the client’s details as if you were with the client. The information you will see is exactly what the client will see.

    To see the client’s view:

Enter the Australian business number (ABN) for the client you want to view, then select the Search ABN button.

The ABN should be entered with no spaces between the digits, symbols or alphabetical characters.

Users associated with the ABN will then be displayed in a table at the bottom of the screen. On this screen, choose the client you wish to view, then select the Select user button.

The Administration – Confirm client details screen will display the details of the client you will be viewing. This information will include the user identity (user id) and the name of the selected user.

If this is the correct user and client, select the Next button.

You will be taken to the portal’s homepage from which you can navigate to the screen the client is viewing.

If you select the ‘Help’ option in the top navigation bar, it will default to the internal view.
