• Electronic signing of transactions

     

    To complete the electronic transaction it must be signed using your myGov username and password or AUSkey. The credential you use to electronically sign is the one you have used to log in to the portal session.  

    If you have logged in with Manage ABN Connections 

    • Select the Submit button.
    • You will be taken to the 'Continue with this Transaction?' authentication screen (myGov details are pre-populated).
    • Select the Continue button.
    • You will be taken to the myGov login screen.
    • Enter your myGov username, password and security code and click ‘Next’.
    • You will be directed to the Business Portal authentication screen advice of lodgment success.

    If you have logged in with an AUSkey
    • Select the Submit button.
    • You will be taken to the 'Continue with this Transaction?' authentication screen (AUSkey details are pre-populated).
    • Select the Continue button.
    • Your request will be submitted for action, the transaction completed screen will be displayed if successful.

    If you enter an incorrect password three times you will be automatically logged out and the transaction you were attempting to complete will not be saved.
    You will have to re-login and enter the transaction details again.

    If you do not want to proceed or would like to change the information select the Cancel button.
