• Session timeout/Re-login

    This screen is displayed when your session has expired. A session expires when a period of time has elapsed since you last interacted with the system.

    Session timeout for Manage ABN Connections

    When your session has expired using your myGov login:

    • a ‘session timeout’ screen will appear
    • select continue to be redirected to myGov to re-login.

    Re-login for AUSkey

    The 'Re-login' screen has a re-login button which when selected shows a dialog box where you:

    • enter the password associated with your AUSkey
    • select the OK button.
