• Logout

Each ATO online service requires you to logout. Logging out is achieved by selecting a button, icon or link that signifies logout or exit (often systems have a ‘log out’ link).

When to logout of the portal

You should log out when you have finished your session or if you are going to leave your computer unattended. You may be able to lock your workstation instead of logging out but it is essential to do one or the other. Unattended workstations are at risk of being used indiscriminately by other people.
